Hen dos, Birthday Bashes + Team Building Workshops

Feel-Good, inclusive and slightly ridiculous dance workshops for all!

'Making good people feel great so they can do amazing things' is at the heart of AE Dance. And that applies to the bespoke workshops we run outside of our weekly timetable too!

You need an uplifitng, hangover-curing, suitable-for-all-levels dance class for a hen do? We've got you covered! You need a slightly silly, 'get them out their comfort zone' team building session that will have the Managing Director and the Marketing Exec bopping in unison? We're your people.

We LOVE creating and delievering tailored workshops for hen dos, birthday celebrations and corporate team events in Bristol, Bath and Cardiff, with prices ranging from £240-£350 for 90min sessions. You give us a theme (past examples include: Jungle, Legally Blonde, Strictly Come Dancing, Shania Twain) - we do the rest (including hiring the studio).

Our specialsim is taking a group of 'I'm not quite about this' faces, and turning them into a sweaty, smiley, 'CAN WE DO IT AGAIN?!?!' bunch of dancing phenomenons.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Angie for probably the highlight of the year (wedding pending…!) We had the most fun dance class learning Keep Moving (Jungle) - an all-time dream of mine! I know some of the girls were a little sceptical of a dance class at first, but Angie’s energy, step by step approach and general hilarity left everyone so energised and pumped for the rest of the day. If you’re planning a group event, I would 100% recommend Angie – the effort she put in to teach this specific dance (which I was able to request in advance) to a group of beginners and make us all feel so comfortable was really very impressive! So, a big thank you again!

Angie was super organised and had great communication in the lead up to our hen do dance class. She was so friendly and broke the ice really well, recognising that as a group of hens we came from a few different friendship groups and making the effort to get us mixing with each other. Angie's high energy and humour filled approach really made the morning extra fun. She's a great teacher and I was so impressed that we managed to learn something from the brides favourite music video! I'd thoroughly recommend her - 10/10!
