Cancellation policy

If you cancel an Adult Dance, BuggyBarre or Rocking Wriggler class* at least 12hrs before it's due to start, we will send you a credit of the same value of the class.

Or you'll have the option to transfer the class yourself (much easier)!

*Unfortunately we can't offer refunds/credits on Dance Club classes, but if there is an alternative class you're able to transfer to that week, we can try and make that happen!

How did you originally book the class?

Please note, if you booked a block and want to cancel a single class within that block, you need to select 'Block Booking' below.

Block Booking

Option 1: If you originally booked a course and would like to cancel the whole course

  • Find your confirmation email

  • Click 'View Booking'

  • Click 'Ticket Options'

  • Click 'Cancel Ticket'

Within 24hrs, we'll then send you a Discount Code of the corresponding amount to be used within 90 days, for a future booking.

Option 2: If you originally booked a course and would like to cancel one class within that course

  • Find your confirmation email

  • Reply to it, stating exactly which class you'd like to cancel

  • If you've given at least 12hrs notice, we'll then follow up with a Discount Code of the corresponding amount to be used within 90 days, for a future booking.

 

Individual Class Booking

Option 1: Is it more than 12hrs before the class is due to start?

If you originally booked an individual class and would like to cancel it and it's more than 12hrs before the class

  • Find your confirmation email

  • Click 'View Booking'

  • Click 'Ticket Options'

  • Click 'Transfer Ticket'* or 'Cancel Ticket'

If you're cancelling a class at least 12hrs before the start time, you will have the option to 'Transfer Ticket' and instantly book yourself on to another class. This is the easiest option. If, however, you just want to cancel the class and get the credit go ahead and press 'Cancel Class' and within 24hrs we'll send you a  Discount Code of the equivalent value of the class to be used within 90 days.

Option 2: Is it less than 12hrs before the class is due to start?

If you need to cancel a class and it's less than 12hrs before the class is due to start

  • Find your confirmation email

  • Reply to that email (it'll come through to Angie) letting us know exactly what class you need to cancel

  • As it's less that 12hrs before the class unfortunately we can't give you credit/a refund

 

Class Pass Booking

Option 1: Is it more than 12hrs before the class is due to start?

If you originally booked a class using a Class Pass and would like to cancel it and it's more than 12hrs before the class

  • Find your confirmation email

  • Click 'View Booking'

  • Click 'Ticket Options'

  • Click 'Transfer Ticket'* or 'Cancel Ticket'

If you're cancelling a class at least 12hrs before the start time, you will have the option to 'Transfer Ticket' and instantly book yourself on to another class. This is the easiest option. If, however, you just want to cancel the class go ahead and press 'Cancel Class' and the credit will go back on to your Class Pass immediately. 

Option 2: Is it less than 12hrs before the class is due to start?

If you need to cancel a class and it's less than 12hrs before the class is due to start

  • Find your confirmation email

  • Reply to that email (it'll come through to Angie) letting us know exactly what class you need to cancel

  • As it's less that 12hrs before the class unfortunately we can't give you credit/a refund
