Rocking Wrigglers is our sensory and movement class for babies AND toddlers! Each week we explore a different theme - from 'Under the Sea' to 'Babies on Broadway' - and use stories, music, props and adventure to light up your Rocking Wrigglers' 5 senses! We also finish each class with tea and biscuits for the adults, to allow for a bit of grown up chat while (hopefully) the babies drift off to sleep!
We run classes in Bedminster, Redland and St Judes. Some of our classes are just for babies (up to 20 months). Some are open to toddlers too (up to 4 yo)!
BuggyBarre is our ballet-inspired fitness class, tailored to post-natal bodies, that you can bring your baby (or your bump) to!
This class takes the grace AND the power of ballet and weaves it into a gentle exercise class with a focus on building strength, toning and improving posture.
You don't need ANY background in ballet - none at all - we're not going to overwhelm you with tricky terminology or crazy advanced dance moves! Instead we're creating a fun, upbeat and easy-to-follow workout with a hint of ballet basics.
This class is suitable for parents who've been okayed to exercise by their health professionals (for post-natal women that'd normally be about 6 weeks post birth, or 12 if you had a c-section).
You can bring your little one to class and they can chill out in their buggy/car seat being entertained by the movement and music around them. Or they can enjoy our play area where they'll be looked after by our class helper!
